Fitness Club Helps Youth Build Healthy Habits, Confidence

Our young men have been participating in the 20/30 Youth Fitness Club at our West Loop Campus.

Sensei Shannon Blunt is teaching the eight-week fitness program, instructing our youth in various strength-training exercises to help them improve their health, gain confidence, relieve stress, and build camaraderie with their peers.
