Patrick Needham works as the Director of Planning and Evaluation at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls where he is focused on using measurement and evaluation to improve the agency’s work with young people. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame and his MSW from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Patrick has worked at Mercy Home since 2009.
