Tilisha Harrison, LCSW is the Director of Crisis and Ongoing Therapeutic Supports at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls. Tilisha has dedicated their career working with youth and families, as well as community constituents in crisis from a trauma informed and client-centered lens. In their role, she leads Mercy Home’s Community Care’s intake and assessment process, the Crisis Response team, the Care Management team under Ongoing Supports, and the Therapeutic Supports team.
In addition, Tilisha works with The Wingspan Project (TWP) to support UCAN’s Violence Intervention and Prevention team through regular self-care consultation, crisis supports, and mental wellness promotion. She volunteers as a therapist under TWP’s Community Response Program, working with uninsured individuals and those who may not be able to afford services. She is a mentor through TWP’s Young Professionals Network that functions as a support to a young professional seeking leadership guidance in their career.
Tilisha is an active Advisory Board Member for the Chicago Blackhawks Foundation.
